They communicated with me almost daily to make sure I understood the process and had contact with my deliveryman. His name was Phillip from Spokane Wa and he was super courteous and right on time down to the last minute. He had constant contact with me as well. Super pleased with the quik delivery and incredibly exceptional service. They never veared from their original quote even when my delivery address was mildly changed. Said it was going to possibly take up to 10 days to get from Cheney, Wa to Nw West Virginia but took less than a week. Secure Asset Relocation was professional. Driver thoroughly inspected car before taking it and confirmed drop off information when picking up the car. Company has great communication protocols. I was in direct contact with the driver and was provided with an online GPS tracking App so that I could follow the transports progress and see that it made it to the destination properly. The recipient of the car was able to track it as well and coordinate directly with the driver at drop off location. Acceptance of online payment app made this a swift, secure transaction all around. This is a great family run business. I have used them three times over the last year and each time all of my expectations were met, if not exceeded. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

The driver is reliable and responsible. I recommend this company because the driver would response your call and would give you a very accurate arriving time. These two point are what I do not see from other shipping companies.

So happy I had them move my car! My driver, Phil, was super nice and loves his job which made him a pleasure to work with. Got my car safely from the east coast to the west coast in 7 days.

Great communication, great price, right on time. I’ve only shipped with them once but I don’t think you’ll get a bad experience with them if you shipped with them frequently.

Excellent on time pick-up and delivery. Russ the driver very easy to work with and was accommodating.No damage to vehicle, I would use this company again.
